I appeared on Sun News to talk about NATO and Afghanistan at the end of March 201

The video below is from a talk I gave at the University of Ottawa on January 28th. The details of the event are here.

The talk discusses the challenges of cooperation among countries on the battlefield. In Afghanistan, Canada and its allies discovered that even the most powerful and inter-operational alliance has its limits, leading to significant discord over burden-sharing. These challenges re-appeared during the Libya campaign.
